Summit Strategic Advisor Tulsea Sports Marketing advises teams, leagues, venues on their multicultural marketing efforts, with a unique focus on South Asians. We bring a unique, holistic approach to our clients, including: trusted strategic advisory, deep connectivity to the global community, world-class expertise in messaging and communications, and extensive experience in implementation. Our mission is to amplify the global commercial presence of South Asians in the sports industry. TSM is a joint venture between Tulsea, a leading Indian talent management company; and Ethnicity Matters, a prominent multicultural marketing firm. TSMʼs expansive client roster includes leagues such as the NHL, teams such as the New York Mets, and media entities such as Netflix and Amazon.

Niki iyer

CEO and Founder: Niki Iyer is a former track athlete who experienced firsthand both the opportunities and limitations of competing in a niche sport. Building on that perspective, she forged a career in culture-driven storytelling at the intersection of sports, media, and innovation, with roles across FilmNation Entertainment, Perfect Storm Entertainment, Proximity Media, The Black List, and Moh Maya Media. A recipient of the Alfred P. Sloan Screenwriting Grant and a UCLA Screenwriting Showcase Finalist, she founded Across The Line in 2025 to spotlight underrepresented athletes, innovators, and sports ecosystems through multimedia content, activations, and fan-driven experiences.

AShwin Mitchell

Head of Photography: Ashwin Mitchell is a filmmaker and photographer from Dallas, Texas, now based in Los Angeles. A graduate of the University of North Texas (BA, Media Arts) and UCLA (MFA, Film, Television & Digital Media), he bridges creative direction and production management, bringing stories from script to screen through visually rich, character-driven storytelling. Alongside his film work, Ashwin photographs national dance tours and live events, blending his cinematic eye with movement and emotion. He is passionate about using his craft to expand access to fine arts education in Black communities.

Angela v. kubessi

Head of Creative Design: Angela V. Kubessi is a Spanish creative professional dedicated to amplifying female voices across film, television, and media. A UCLA MFA graduate and Sloan Award recipient, she brings a global, bilingual perspective shaped by experience at FOX, A24, Rolling Stone, Meta, and Innovative Artists. With a strong background in fashion, branding, and marketing, Angie crafts authentic, female-driven narratives that blend cultural depth with creative innovation.

garrett boudreaux

 Editor: Garrett Boudreaux is a Michigan-born creative and UCLA MFA graduate specializing in television comedy writing and production. A two-time Filmetry Film Festival award winner and former co-showrunner of The Giraffe House at Michigan State University, he brings extensive experience across editing, production design, and line producing for numerous short films and live events. Blending sharp humor with strong technical and storytelling instincts, Garrett approaches every project with both creative depth and production expertise.

cara-lynn branch

Editor: Cara-Lynn Branch is a Canadian-American LGBTQ+ writer and screenwriter whose work blends heart, humor, and queer coming-of-age nuance. A winner of the UCLA Screenwriters Showcase and a 2021 Telefilm New Voices Award recipient, her scripts have earned recognition for their warmth and bearing. Based in Los Angeles and holding an MFA in Screenwriting from University of California, Los Angeles, Branch creates stories described as “a warm cup of cocoa with rainbow marshmallows,” quietly electric, sincerely joyful, and layered with vulnerability.

fiona kida

Writer: Fiona Kida is a Tanzanian-American writer, director, and producer from Nashville, now based in Los Angeles. A USC Film & TV Production graduate and WAVE Grant recipient, her short films have screened at over 25 international festivals and earned a Student Emmy nomination for writing and directing. Blending her background in music composition with tender, cathartic storytelling, Kida creates work that captures the bittersweet beauty of identity, vulnerability, and becoming.

ashna yakoob

Writer: Ashna Yakoob is a recent University of Pennsylvania Honors English graduate and emerging creative in writing and production. At Penn she served as Fall Cast Director of a full-length sketch-comedy show, led the Undergraduate Advisory Board for the English Department, and worked as a research assistant in the Price Lab for Digital Humanities. Her background spans digital humanities, creative writing, and multi-format storytelling, blending textual rigor with media-production instincts. She approaches her work with curiosity, humor and a keen editorial eye.
