These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ATL Magazine and all related digital and print publications, products, events, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Kota Media Lab LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of California, United States (“Kota Media Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using any part of ATL Magazine or our affiliated platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or using ATL Magazine or any affiliated Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you access ATL Magazine on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. About ATL Magazine

ATL Magazine (“ATL”) is a publication and multimedia platform operated by Kota Media Lab LLC, focused on culture, sport, innovation, and storytelling. The platform includes online editorial content, multimedia features, and affiliated events and activations (including, but not limited to, the “Across The Line Summit”)

Future print editions, sponsorship activations, and event-based experiences are governed by these Terms unless otherwise stated.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published or otherwise made available through ATL Magazine including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, audio, video, digital artwork, page layout, and software (“Content”) is the exclusive property of Kota Media Lab LLC or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, modify, or otherwise use any Content in any form or by any means without the express prior written consent of Kota Media Lab LLC. Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Kota Media Lab LLC.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use ATL Magazine solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Services or Content.

  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from ATL Magazine.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.

5. Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to the ATL Magazine newsletter, you agree to provide accurate and current contact information and to receive communications from us regarding editorial updates, events, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each email.

The collection and use of your personal data for newsletter purposes are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

ATL Magazine may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for the content, products, or services offered on such sites. You acknowledge and agree that Kota Media Lab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party websites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATL Magazine and all related Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Kota Media Lab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kota Media Lab LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of ATL Magazine or any associated Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue using them.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional legal notices published on ATL Magazine, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kota Media Lab LLC concerning your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
